Recommended Dosage
Take 2 capsules (1 dose) with 250 ml of water 2 times a day, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before a meal. On the days you exercise, take 1 dose before exercising with 250-300 ml of water. Do not take more than 2 capsules over a 4-hour period or 4 capsules over a 24-hour period. Take it at least 5 hours before going to sleep. Do not take it for more than 8 weeks.
